How to Sign Up & Place Your First Order
Create a free Faire retailer account
Head to Faire.com and select "Sign up to buy." Faire is open to brick-and-mortar shops, online stores, and consistent pop-ups purchasing for resale (or for business use, like a boutique, spa, or hotel). It only takes a few minutes.
Find us and start shopping
Search "Denver James" on Faire or use our direct link above. Browse our bibs, rompers, rain boots, and accessories, choose your quantities, and add them to your cart — no verification is required before you can start browsing or building an order.
Place your first order
Review your cart, select "Proceed to checkout," and choose "Place order." You don't need to be verified yet to check out — Faire begins the verification process right after your first order is submitted.
Complete your business verification
Once your order is placed, Faire will prompt you (via the notification bell in your portal, or a banner at the top of your account) to complete your business profile. Have this ready to make it quick:
- Your storefront or business address
- Your store or business website / social media profiles
- A couple of photos — storefront exterior/interior, or screenshots of your online shop if you don't have a physical location
- Proof of ownership if requested (business license, resale/tax license, lease, or domain registration)
You're verified — welcome to the family!
Most accounts are reviewed within about a day. You'll get an email once you're confirmed, and your order will process and ship. From there, reordering is even faster since your profile is already on file.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible to buy wholesale on Faire?
Any business purchasing for resale — brick-and-mortar stores, online shops, and regular pop-ups — or for business use, such as a spa, salon, office, or hotel. Personal purchases aren't eligible.
My online store hasn't launched yet — can I still order?
You can place an order, but Faire can't verify or ship it until your store is live. If your site isn't public yet, you can submit screenshots of your work in progress (checkout page, cart, domain landing page) for review instead.
What if my physical store hasn't opened yet?
That's fine — stores that haven't officially opened, along with pop-ups and upcoming vendor booths, can still place orders ahead of opening day.
What happens if I'm missing some of the requested information?
Faire holds your order for up to 30 days while you gather documentation. We'd suggest only submitting your profile once you have everything on hand, so review isn't held up.
Do I need a resale certificate to order?
Not to sign up or check out. Faire may request a business license, sales & use tax license, lease, or proof of your website domain as part of verification, depending on your business type.
